Assumption of risk Pickleball is a physical sport. Playing carries a risk of injury, including from falls, collisions with other players, contact with the ball or a paddle, and pre-existing medical conditions. By booking and playing you accept those risks. Your responsibility You confirm that you are physically fit to play, and that anyone you bring to play with you is too. You are responsible for the people in your group, including any minors, and for their conduct on and around the courts. Facilities Please tell staff immediately if you notice anything unsafe about a court or the surrounding area. Do not play on a court that has been marked closed. Limitation To the extent permitted by law, the venue is not liable for injury, loss or damage to property arising from your use of the courts, except where it results from our own negligence.
