Booking and payment A court is only confirmed once your payment has been received and checked by our staff. Selecting a slot holds it for a short time so you can pay; if payment is not completed within that window the slot is released and becomes available to other players. Using the courts Please arrive on time. Court time starts and ends at the times shown on your booking, and late arrival does not extend your slot. Non-marking court shoes are required. Players are responsible for their own equipment. Cancellations and changes Bookings are final. Once payment is confirmed a booking cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded, and unused court time is not credited. Please check the date, time and courts before you pay. If the venue has to close a court — weather, maintenance or anything else on our side — we will contact you. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.
