What we collect When you book a court we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address and any notes you add. If you pay by uploading a receipt, we also store the image you send us. Why we collect it We use your details to hold your booking, to identify it when you look it up, and to contact you if something changes — a closure, a cancellation, or a problem with your payment. Your payment receipt is used only to confirm that payment was received. Who can see it Only our staff. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else except where we are required to by law. How long we keep it Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for our own accounts. You can ask us to delete your details by contacting the venue.
